FURIOSA: A MAD MAX SAGA---photo released of Anya Taylor-Joy as Furiosa and the prequel's synopsis which says, "As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland they come across the Citadel presided over by the Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home."
George Miller commented on FURIOSA, “The story is the saga of Furiosa, and how she gets taken from home, and spends the rest of her life trying to get back. [In] FURY ROAD , the story unfolds over three days and two nights. This film follows the story that runs directly into FURY ROAD , for 15 years. It’s a different animal. It’s got many different locations. It’s an odyssey. No question.”
Miller said he has written the screenplay for another Mad Max movie, which is thought to be MAD MAX: THE WASTELAND. Miller said he has three candidates to direct the new movie.

REBEL MOON--PART ONE: A CHILD OF FIRE---Zack Snyder claimed more people streamed REBEL MOON than saw BARBIE in theaters, “You think about Netflix, for instance, where you push a button...REBEL MOON, right? Say, right now, it’s almost at 90 million views, right? 80 or 90 million accounts turned it on, give or take. They assume two viewers per screening, right? That’s the kind of math. So you think if that movie was in the theater as a distribution model, that’s like 160,000,000 people supposedly watching based on that math. 160,000,000 people at $10 a ticket would be…what is that math? I don’t know. 160,000,000 times ten. That’s 1.6 billion. So more people probably saw REBEL MOON than saw BARBIE in the theater, right?”
Snyder also commented on Batman, “Batman can’t kill is canon. And I’m like, ‘okay, the first thing I wanna do when you say that is I wanna see what happens’. And they go, ‘well don’t put him in a situation where he has to kill someone’"
He added, “You’re protecting your god in a weird way, right? You’re making your god irrelevant if he can’t be in that situation. He has to now deal with that. If he does do that what does that mean? What does it tell you, does he stand up to it? Does he survive that as a god? As your god, can Batman survive that?”

THE ACCOUNTANT 2---synopsis released for the sequel, “When her former boss is killed by unknown assassins, Treasury Agent Marybeth Medina (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) is forced to contact Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck) to solve the murder. With the help of his estranged but highly lethal brother Brax (Jon Bernthal), Chris applies his brilliant mind and less-than-legal methods to piece together the unsolved puzzle. As they get closer to the truth, the trio draw the attention of some of the most ruthless killers alive—all intent on putting a stop to their search.”

SNL 1975---cast edition for the movie about SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE include: Nicholas Braun (SUCCESSION) will play Jim Henson, Tommy Dewey (CASUAL) will play Michael O'Donoghue and Nicholas Podany (HELLO TOMORROW) will play Billy Crystal. The synopsis says, “The film tells the true story of what happened that night behind the scenes in the moments leading up to the first SNL broadcast, retelling chaos and magic of a revolution that almost wasn’t, counting down the minutes in real time to the infamous words, ‘Live From New York, it’s Saturday Night.'”

NINE BODIES IN A MEXICAN MORGUE---Eric McCormack will star in the MGM+ miniseries whose synopsis says, “It follows the tale of nine strangers who find themselves lost in a remote Mexican jungle after their small plane traveling from Guatemala to the U.S. crashes. One by one, the survivors are murdered, leaving the remaining passengers to solve the terrifying mystery before they too fall victim to the killer.”

UNDER THE BRIDGE---Hulu released the synopsis for the miniseries starring Riley Keough and Lily Gladstone which is based on the book, “It tells the 1997 true story of fourteen-year old Reena Virk who went to join friends at a party and never returned home. Through the eyes of Godfrey and a local police officer, the series takes us into the hidden world of the young girls accused of the murder — revealing startling truths about the unlikely killer.”

THE KILLER'S GAME---Dave Bautista and Terry Crews will star in the movie whose synopsis says, “Based on Jay Bonansinga’s novel, THE KIILER'S GAME follows a veteran assassin (Bautista), who, according to the film’s synopsis, is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and authorizes a hit on himself to avoid the pain that is destined to follow. But soon after, he finds out that he was misdiagnosed— and must fend off an army of former colleagues trying to kill him.”

MERV---Zooey Deschanel will star in the Amazon MGM Studios romantic comedy movie about an estranged couple who “learns that the dog they share is suffering from depression following their break-up, awkwardly reconciling over the holidays when they take their dog on a sunny vacation to Florida to lift his spirits.”

TRIVIA---director David Lynch commented on the main condition for his cameo of legendary director John Ford in Steven Spielberg's THE FABELMANS, “Well, Cheetos, number one, I love them. And any chance I can, I get them. But I know that they’re not exactly health food. So when I do leave the house and I get a chance to… But I don’t get them that often, honestly. If I do get them, I want a big bag. Because once you start… you need to have a lot before you could slow down and actually stop. Otherwise, with a small bag, then you’d be prowling for days to find more...It’s incredible flavor.”
