Why Make Oatmeal Cups With Quick Oats?
These oatmeal cups bake up the best with quick oats (as opposed to rolled oats) because they are a thinner texture. The oats are softer and mix better with the banana.

Yes! You can bake these oatmeal snacks in any shape you prefer. Try using mini liners for oatmeal “bites” or use an air fryer baking pan and then slice the oatmeal into bars. Such a tasty, healthy snack!
